CROSSMAX - Up to 60,000-Mile Limited Treadwear Warranty
EV-1: Standard Horizon warranty, 45,000-mile limited treadwear warranty, road-hazard coverage, and a 30-day ride guarantee for qualifying in-store sets of 4 or more. Contact your Horizon representative for complete EV-1 policy details.

Treadwear Protection
Prorated coverage within 5 years of installation — 60,000 miles on CT-1 and CHTS-1, 50,000 miles on AT-1 — when tires are properly maintained and rotated
Warranty Period
Limited mileage warranty valid for 5 years from installation date. Tires worn to 2/32″ have served their full tread life and are not adjustable.
Road Hazard Warranty
Included on CT-1, CHTS-1, and AT-1: non-repairable road hazard damage covered within the first year and first 2/32nds of tread wear
30-Day Ride Guarantee
Not satisfied? Exchange within 30 days at the original place of purchase for Crossmax tires of equal or lesser value. Requires a set of 4 or more, no more than 1/32″ of tread used, one exchange per purchase. In-store purchases only.

Prorated limited treadwear coverage within 5 years from installation — 50,000 miles on TR-1; 45,000 miles on UHP-1, HT-1, and ATX-1; 40,000 miles on RTX-1 — when tires are properly maintained and rotated, subject to the terms of the Supermax Warranty PDF.
Commercial Adjustment Policy
Commercial truck, trailer, and HT3 Plus products are backed by Horizon Tire's adjustment policy and carry no mileage warranty

Most claims are reviewed promptly; the full warranty process may take up to 30 days.
All warranty claims are handled through your sales representative.

Prorated coverage based on remaining tread depth at time of claim
Refer to each model's published warranty terms for its coverage period
Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for original purchaser
