Tire Registration
Federal law requires tire manufacturers to notify registered owners during safety recalls. Fill out the form below so we can reach you if there is ever a recall on your tires.
Recall Notifications
We'll contact you directly if your tires are part of a safety recall. No need to check back.
Quick Process
Takes about 2 minutes. You'll need the DOT code from your tire sidewall and your purchase date.
Your Data
Used only for recall notifications. We don't sell your information or send marketing emails.
Finding Your DOT Code
Look on the outer sidewall of your tire for text that starts with "DOT". The full code is usually 10–13 characters. The last four digits tell you the manufacture date — for example, "2423" means week 24 of 2023.

Can't find it? The DOT code is sometimes on the inward-facing side of the tire. Check both sides, or ask your installer to write it down during your next visit.
